Der niederl\u00e4ndische Betriebsrat entschied in Zusammenarbeit mit den Gewerkschaften, bestimmte Zusatzleistungen (Lebens- und Invalidit\u00e4tsversicherung) zu gew\u00e4hren, um die standardm\u00e4\u00dfigen gesetzlichen Leistungen zu erg\u00e4nzen. Der Arbeitgeber beauftragte einen Makler, eine Versicherungsl\u00f6sung f\u00fcr dieses Risiko zu finden.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund der individuellen und komplexen Natur des Leistungsdesigns gab es jedoch keinen Versicherer auf dem niederl\u00e4ndischen Markt, der Produkte f\u00fcr dieses einzigartige und spezifische Risiko anbot. Alle vorliegenden Angebote konnten daher keine Leistungen anbieten, die den Erwartungen des Betriebsrats entsprachen.<\/p>\n<p>Die L\u00f6sung des Problems war eine massgeschneiderte L\u00f6sung mit internationalem Ansatz. Das Versicherungsnetzwerk des bestehenden multinationalen Pools des Konzerns bot den notwendigen Rahmen und die R\u00fcckversicherung f\u00fcr den niederl\u00e4ndischen Versicherer, der andernfalls nicht bereit gewesen w\u00e4re, dieses spezifische Produkt f\u00fcr das relativ kleine Unternehmen zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Die L\u00f6sung zur Kontrolle \u00fcber die Daten und Kosten von Mitarbeiterbenefits liegt in der Unterst\u00fctzung und Expertise von Spezialisten f\u00fcr Mitarbeiterbenefits.
