Am Beispiel der deutschen Gruppe betrachten wir eine Tochtergesellschaft in den Vereinigten Staaten, wo es \u00fcblich ist, den Mitarbeitern eine breite Palette von Leistungen anzubieten.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ein Arbeitgeber Lebensversicherungspr\u00e4mien f\u00fcr einen Mitarbeiter zahlt, werden Zahlungen f\u00fcr eine Deckung von mehr als 50.000 USD als Einkommen versteuert. Daher setzen Arbeitgeber sehr h\u00e4ufig die H\u00f6he der Lebensversicherungsleistungen nicht h\u00f6her als den steuerfreien Betrag.<\/p>\n<p>Mitarbeiter k\u00f6nnen der Gruppenlebensversicherung beitreten, um die Deckung aufzustocken. Die Preisgestaltung f\u00fcr diese Zusatzdeckung wird unter den Versicherern vereinbart, auch wegen des Risikos der selektiven Auswahl. Dies macht die Zusatzdeckung relativ teuer. Zudem kann die Erfahrungsklasse der Zusatzdeckung, wenn die Unternehmensgr\u00f6sse ausreichend ist, die Pr\u00e4mien der Grundversicherung des Arbeitgebers beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Kosten der Zusatzdeckung f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter zu senken und gleichzeitig den Einfluss auf die Schadensentwicklung der Grunddeckung zu beseitigen, kann die Zusatzdeckung \u00fcber einen multinationalen Versicherer r\u00fcckversichert und praktisch mit anderen Mitarbeiterbenefits-Pl\u00e4nen der Organisation zusammengefasst werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Inanspruchnahme der Dienstleistungen und Expertise von Spezialisten f\u00fcr Employee Benefits unterst\u00fctzt den Prozess der Identifizierung und Umsetzung der richtigen L\u00f6sung. Dadurch wird die Kontrolle \u00fcber die Daten und Kosten der Employee Benefits gewonnen.
